This is a 45 rpm 7" single from the blues singer Little Johnny Taylor, with "Ugly Man" on side A and "Have You Ever Been to Kansas City" on side B. Both songs are from the album "Ugly Man" (ICH 1042).

This record, which is on the Ichiban Records label (89-169), is in Good condition (there is a skip on side A; otherwise, this disk would be graded Excellent).
