This is a 45 rpm 7" EP from Jeanette MacDonald titled "Smilin' Through," with "Lover, Come Back to Me" and (in French) "Parlez Moi d'Amour (Speak to Me of Love)" on side A and Dvorak's "Songs My Mother Taught Me" and Smilin' Through" on side B. Giusepe Bamboshuk, Robert Russell Bennett, Robert Armbruster, and Herbert Stothart conduct the orchestra on different tracks. Note that this item says on the sleeve that it is a 33rpm LP but on the label t hat it is a 45rpm EP, but it is clearly in the correct sleeve—program and serial number match—and the latter seems to be correct.

This record, which is on the RCA Camden label (CAE 361), is in Near Mint condition and comes in the original record sleeve, which shows almost no wear except for slightest scuffing (see photo).
